Reston, VA — Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. (WBB) has been awarded an IDIQ to provide professional, technical, and administrative support services to meet the mission needs of Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education (MPTE) (N1) & Chief of Naval Personnel. The WBB Team was one of five awardees to have won a spot on the $40.7 million Navy contract. This is reflective of the company’s strong capabilities and its many years of support to clients across DoD, and in particular, Navy.

The scope of this IDIQ, will encompass a broad range of program and analysis support along with strategic assessment and planning, manpower assessment, and financial program management. The requirement was competitively procured through full and open competition and solicited through the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website.
