Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. (WBB) has been awarded a 5-year DHS U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Business and Program Solutions for Law Enforcement (BAPSLE) BPA. The scope of work for the BAPSLE BPA is to provide program management, business, financial, and acquisition management support services to meet the mission needs of DHS ICE law enforcement entities on a national basis. The WBB Team was one of 9 awardees from approximately 68 bids. This is reflective of the company’s strong capabilities and its many years of support to clients across DHS, and in particular, ICE. The scope of services are to include: law enforcement support services, program management support services, business management, financial management, and acquisition management support services.

The multiple-award BPA provides ICE with broad program management support services needed to assist with the cross-component mission of promoting homeland security and public safety through the criminal and civil enforcement of federal laws governing border control, customs, trade and immigration.
