Prime Contract Awards for DHS and DOD Markets
Reston, VA — Whitney, Bradley and Brown, Inc. (WBB), headquartered in Reston, VA announced a series of prime contract awards within the DHS and DOD markets. WBB’s recent success included two key ID/IQ prime contract awards: a DHS EAGLE II ID/IQ win for NetStar-1 (Netstar-1 merged with WBB in February 2012) and a prime award in support of the Navy’s N2/N6 organization. In addition, WBB was the recipient of 2 prime awards supporting OPNAV N96. These wins give WBB an even stronger presence within DHS and the Navy as a prime contract holder.

EAGLE II: On August 2, 2013, WBB announced a NetStar-1 win of DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE II) IDIQ Prime Contract Functional Category 2 (FC2) in the Unrestricted Track. NetStar-1 (merged with WBB in early 2012) is one of the 11 awardees for DHS EAGLE II FC2, an indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award with a 5-year base period and a 2-year option. The scope of work for Task Orders includes but is not limited to capital planning, strategic planning, workforce planning, budget execution, performance management, enterprise architecture, data management, information sharing, information security, training, enterprise resource management, business process re-engineering, IT transformation and strategy, organizational change management, and program management office support.
DCNO N2/N6: On August 13, 2013, WBB was awarded the N2/N6 ID/IQ Management Support Services contract. The Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Dominance (DCNO N2/N6) manages the resources and requirements for information, command and control, networks, cyber, intelligence, space, electronic warfare, maritime domain awareness, oceanography and knowledge of the environment. Additionally, with the recent reorganization of the CNO staff, N2/N6 is now responsible for integrating manpower, training, procurement, and sustainment of all systems within its portfolio. WBB fulfills N2/N6’s need for domain expertise within space, networks, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems with functional expertise in planning, programing, budgeting, execution, analytic, and requirements support.
OPNAV N96: August 14, WBB has won two separate contracts to support the Navy. Both contracts are categorized as Program Management Support Services for Director Surface Warfare (OPNAV N96) and are Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
