Today, we provide a broad range of support from the Office of the Secretary of the Navy, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and Headquarters, Marine Corps (HQMC) to the Systems Commands; Fleet; and shore support enterprises. WBB has the people, experience, processes, and tools to help clients effectively and efficiently achieve their goals.
Leveraging both commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and internally developed tools, we provide decision makers with decision-quality information, innovative strategies, and advice to enable success. From resource management solutions based on advanced analytics, to interactive explanations of results from complex machine learning models, we enable our customers to make evidence-based decisions quickly and collaboratively.
WBB provides the OPNAV staff expert support in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) cycle; Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS); strategic communications; program management; Performance to Plan (P2P) development and implementation; and a wide range of impactful studies and analyses.
We provide acquisition, technical, research, investment optimization and manpower analysis to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and multiple Program Executive Offices (PEO) and program offices. Our rapid acquisition knowledge and experience supporting the U.S. Air Force enhances acquisition activities in select Navy program offices. We provide integration and transition support for our machine learning capabilities and system engineering support to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, Maritime Tactical Command & Control (MTC2) and Distributed Common Ground System – Navy (DCGS-N) programs.
WBB provides Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) and Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Group Support experienced senior staff to plan and manage successful introduction of new type/model/series aircraft and aircraft carriers, and squadron transition processes through requirements analysis, program management support, strategic investment plans, business case analysis, risk assessment, and subject matter expertise.
We provide analytical and administrative support to the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) and to the Manpower, Personnel, Training & Educations (MPT&E) enterprise at OPNAV N1, the Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS)/Navy Personnel Command (NPC), Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), and Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC); with personnel in 32 locations coast to coast.
WBB provides a wide range of JCIDS support to Deputy Commandant, Combat Development & Integration (DC, CD&I) divisions, helping to shape USMC future capabilities and requirements. We developed a suite of Expeditionary Warfare analysis tools to assess expeditionary capabilities. Our Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) project integrates processes, technologies, and knowledge-based capabilities to reach the target availability, reliability, and operation and support expenses of systems and components across their life cycle.
WBB supported Deputy Commandant, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA), Military Manpower Policy – Integration Branch (MPO-I) with street-to-fleet tracking of Marines by developing a Microsoft Excel based master tool that helped streamline data gathering and analysis. The tool was built using SQL and Python scripts which allow for the rapid uploading of data, analysis of the data and automated reporting increasing staff efficiency.
We provided a wide range of JCIDS support to Training and Education Command (TECOM) for existing and future Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training systems. WBB also supported the drafting of policies and Marine Corps Orders for support existing and future LVC Training Environment systems.
We provided Prepositioning studies and analyses for HQMC, Marine Forces, Central Command, and Blount Island Command to assist in refining, updating, and implementing new policies and plans for prepositioning equipment.
Our current and past support to Marine Aviation includes Expeditionary Airfield requirements, MUX Acquisition and Requirements Development, MQ-9 Assessment Support, and HML/A Force Mix Study.
WBB performed workforce analysis at Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS), validating manpower requirements based on analysis of the workload and required workforce to perform necessary organizational functions. We also supported requirements development and optimization with an innovative decision support tool to optimize POM investments and develop an integrated priority list (IPL) for USSOUTHCOM.
We supported the National Guard Bureau (NGB) to develop a full-time support assessment process and supporting tools to standardize studies and analysis, improve data integration, analyze program requirements and re-focus efforts to ensure better alignment of resources to accomplish the mission.
