Our culture is collaborative and collegial where team members support one another and always act ethically on behalf of the company and our clients.
Military Internship Programs
WBB is a proud participant in the DOD SkillBridge and Army Career Skills programs. The intent of these programs is to provide Service members within 180 days of separation an opportunity to intern in an industry they may transition into after completing active service. Internships typically last between one and six months.
Each WBB intern will be assigned to a Competency Director leading one of WBB’s market sectors and a WBB mentor. WBB outlines specific goals and objectives for each individual intern, to give them a broad exposure to the industry, including company capabilities, our business model, and business operations.
If you are interested in applying to intern at WBB through one of these programs, please contact us here: https://www.wbbinc.com/contact-us/
WBB is pleased to have a large veteran presence in our workforce. Approximately 38% of WBB employees are veterans. We seek out and value the knowledge and experience veterans bring to our projects. We provide an environment that is understanding of our veteran candidates’ needs, enabling further development of individual skills in a professional environment.
We offer a working environment that provides a great “Quality of Life” – balancing meaningful and challenging work, with the opportunity to enjoy life with your family and friends.
