In order to address this need, WBB's Operations Analysis Consultants offer an introductory course in Operations Analysis and analytical tools training. OA Training provides a tutorial with relevant problems and examples that address issues pertinent to specific organizations. OA Training also provides a working level knowledge of commonly used analytical processes. Integrated within the curriculum is a "primer" demonstrating the use of Microsoft Excel in a range of applications to support Operations Analysis.
