WBB Appoints New CEO and COO

Whitney, Bradley & Brown appointed William C. McMullen as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Donald R. Bouchoux as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President.

McMullen replaces Kevin Moore, who retired from WBB in December of 2008. Moore will continue to serve on the WBB Board of Directors.

McMullen joined Whitney, Bradley and Brown, Inc. in 1994 following a 27-year career in the US Marine Corps. He was promoted to Vice President in 1997 and to Senior Vice President in 1999. He assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2002.

Bouchoux joined Whitney, Bradley and Brown in 1996 after a successful career in the military and in industry. In 1999, he was promoted to Vice President and formed the company's Operations Analysis Product Area, and in January 2004 he was promoted to Senior Vice President. He served as Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2006, and as Group Lead from 2006 to 2009.

WBB, established in 1981 by J. Richard Brown, is an employee owned company with more than 330 employees and $82M revenue.
