Lean Six Sigma Training (LSS) Training

WBB offers a complete set of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Training and education courses, strategic implementation support, and project mentoring. The courses are based on the American Society for Quality's (ASQ) Black Belt and Green Belt Bodies of Knowledge (BOK), as well as the ASQ/Department of Navy BOK. Lean Six Sigma Training courses are focused on successful mission and business outcomes based on LSS projects, using our recommended just-in-time training for each phase of LSS implementation. The standard LSS training course offerings are:

  • Lean Six Sigma for Executives: one-day overview for Senior Leaders
  • Lean Six Sigma Champion Workshop: three-day workshop for Senior Leaders and Managers who will be Implementation, Deployment or Project Champions. The focus of the course is on executive responsibilities and identification of LSS projects that are aligned with strategic goals
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Workshop: two one-week workshops, separated by 3-4 weeks with a focus on LSS Green Belt BOK and a project that has been assigned by a Project Champion
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Workshop: five one-week workshops, separated by 3-4 weeks each, with a focus on the LSS Black Belt BOK and a project that has been assigned by a Project Champion. Black Belt projects are more complex and generally take longer to complete than Green Belt projects
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Workshop: one-day workshop for members of LSS Green Belt or LSS Black Belt teams
  • Lean Six Sigma Awareness Workshop: half-day workshop for all members of the organization. The purpose is to provide overview of LSS Methods and organization's plan for implementation

In addition to the standard LSS training courses described above, WBB provides customized training based on individual client needs.
