Army Communications, Networks and Electronics Program Manager

Position Description:
Provide requirements, operational, acquisition, technical and leadership consulting support to Army government and industry clients. Build Army communications, networks and electronics consulting business within government and industry. Support to government on developing requirements, plans and architectures for next generation of Army communications, networks and electronics capabilities.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 20 years of Department of Defense (DoD) military experience (O-5/O-6) with Army communications, networks, and electronics programs and operations. Must have at least 6 years in billets working Army Requirements or in an Acquisition Program Office. Signal Corps command as an O-5 or O-6 is desired.

Special Skills/Knowledge:
Must possess the ability to communicate with senior leaders, lead small and large groups, develop business within Army communications and electronics business area and be knowledgeable in Army communications and electronics acquisition programs and initiatives.

Education and Training:
BS in Systems Engineering or equivalent technical or analytical degree. Either MS in associated fields of Operations Analysis, Operations Research, Engineering or Computer Science or MBA with focus on program management. DAWIA certification a plus.

Security Clearance Requirements: Active SECRET clearance, clearable to Top Secret.
