WBB's Concept of Life Cycle Support, (ConLife) provides strategic support concept guidance to team members and sub-contractors who are developing modernization products, services, and information. By providing Concept of Life Cycle Support, WBB can evaluate acquisition strategies to reduce program costs, benchmark and build your program, reinvigorate system engineering, manage your contract through the entire life of your system, facilitate contract close-out, understand and implement performance based logistics, understand logistics from the depot point of view, and assess and maintain your system.

• Provides an integrated approach to Life Cycle planning
• Enables informed "trade space" decisions
• Defines building blocks and interdependencies for optimizing Life Cycle Costs
• Defines concepts of operational support for end-to-end warfighter sustainment

Program offices and their contractors will use the ConLife to acquire an understanding of how the modernization program is integrated into existing readiness, sustainment, and logistics processes and supporting infrastructures. The application of best business practices to integrate all elements of sustainment throughout design process to meet operational availability requirements, reduce footprint and reduce total cost of ownership.

The ConLife provides the Program Manager with a "playbook" that matures as the program moves along the life-cycle.
