Concept Of Employment ( COE )

A Concept of Employment (COE) details the anticipated employment of a specific developmental system in a future Joint context at both the operational and tactical levels. In the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process, the COE supports Functional Solutions Analysis (FSA). A credible COE is often required for program initiation or continued funding support. Concept of Employment is one example of the concept development products that WBB provides.
