Challenge: Clients want an "honest broker" to review potential reorganization plans, formal proposals or the potential receptiveness of a customer to an unsolicited proposal.
Methodology: WBB works with the client to put together an experienced group of consultants to "red team" proposals and plans, providing feedback that enhances the client's opportunity for success. WBB can also provide "gray beard" expertise to advise on designated issues.
Value: Clients appreciate an honest outside evaluation of their proposals, frequently modifying their plans to incorporate WBB recommendations.
