William C. McMullen

Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. McMullen joined Whitney, Bradley and Brown, Inc. in 1994 following a 27-year career in the US Marine Corps. He was promoted to Vice President in 1997 and to Senior Vice President in 1999. He assumed the position of Corporate Operating Officer in 2002. In addition to his COO role, Mr. McMullen has overall responsibility for the Concept Development, and Management Consulting Business Sectors.

During his Marine Corps career, Mr. McMullen held a number of operational and staff positions to include: Commanding Officer, Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable); Deputy, Aviation Plans, Policies, Budget and Legislative Affairs at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps; and Commanding Officer, Marine Fighter/Attack Squadron. His tours included ground combat operations in Vietnam, air combat operations in Desert Storm and contingency operations in Somalia, Rwanda, and Burundi, Africa.

Mr. McMullen graduated from National University with a BS in Business Administration and holds a MA in National Security Affairs from the Naval War College and a MS in Management from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.
