Kevin T. Moore

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Moore joined Whitney, Bradley and Brown, Inc. in 1988 following a career in Naval Aviation. In 2006, he assumed the responsibilities of President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to 2006, he held positions as the head of Business Development, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for oversight of four business sectors: Operations Analysis, Financial Management, Acquisition Support, and Decision Analysis. Mr. Moore is responsible for developing the company's Operations Analysis (OA) capability.

During his Navy career, he served a number of tours in the fighter community including combat service in Vietnam. Shore tours included training and tactical development in air operations at the fleet level. Mr. Moore also served as an operations analysis instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy.

Mr. Moore graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a Masters of Science degree in Operations Research/Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
