Doug Connell

Senior Vice President for Business Development

Mr. Connell joined Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. in 1997 following a career in Naval Aviation. Serving as Management Consulting Sector Vice President since 2000, he developed the company's Strategic Consulting capability and Network Centric Warfare products. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2005, assuming the responsibility for Corporate Business Development.

During his Navy career, he commanded attack squadrons and carrier air wings. Operational command and control experience included additional sea duty assignments as Operations Officer for the US Second Fleet/NATO Striking Fleet, and Chief of Staff for the US Sixth Fleet. Shore assignments included service as Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Resources, Warfare Requirements and Analysis/N8), and Military Assistant to the Director, Air Warfare in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense/Strategic & Tactical Systems.

Mr. Connell graduated from Yale University, and holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Salve Regina University.
