Donald R. Bouchoux
Senior Vice President
Mr. Bouchoux joined Whitney, Bradley and Brown in 1996 as the Manager for Navy Analysis. In 1999, he was promoted to Vice President and formed the company's Operations Analysis Product Area. He led that area until January 2004 when he was promoted to Senior Vice President. In March 2004, he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer which held until March, 2006. In addition to his current responsibility for managing WBB’s remote offices, he has responsibility for WBB's Acquisition Support and Operations Analysis product areas.
Prior to joining WBB, Mr. Bouchoux had a successful career in the military and in industry. From 1990 to 1996, he was a Senior Principal Engineer with The MITRE Corporation, heading that organization's Navy Strike Warfare Department. Mr. Bouchoux founded that department in 1992 and grew it into an organization providing support across the Navy and Marine Corps. Mr. Bouchoux retired from the U.S. Navy in 1990. His tours included command of a Navy F-14 TOMCAT squadron, Assistant Program Manager of the F-14D Program, Assistant Professor of Operations Research at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and various flying and staff tours.
Mr. Bouchoux holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and History from Boston College and a Masters of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School. He has pursued doctoral studies at Stanford University in Operations Research. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Program Manager's Course at the Defense Systems Management College.
