Acquisition Logistics Program Support

WBB provides Program Managers with acquisition logistics expertise to ensure supportability is integral in the design considerations and strategies that are developed to appropriately support a program. WBB develops Life Cycle Management Plans and conducts Source of Repair determinations to ensure US Code Title 10 compliance for programs in acquisition. Mature systems benefit from WBB's approach to development of sustainment roadmaps and transition/sundown strategies.

WBB works closely with Program Managers to ensure supportability needs are addressed in program requests for proposals.

Whether supporting a Milestone A / Program formulation decision, developing a roadmap for program improvement or developing a Transition Template for transitioning a system out of service, WBB understands the required processes that must be followed and develops strategies in tailoring these processes for program approval and execution. WBB's experienced consultants develop program strategies to cover the political, military, and industrial environment which are critical in developing and socializing a program strategy.
